Thrive Theme Builder is worth buying if you want a conversion-focused business site and prefer visual control over coding, especially when paired with Thrive Architect or the wider Thrive Suite. It is not the best value for ordinary blogs, developers, or anyone who wants a lightweight theme with open-ended compatibility. The main trade-off is that it replaces your entire theme with Thrive’s proprietary system, so switching away later takes more work than moving from GeneratePress, Kadence, or Astra.

Americ: attractive demos, but too dependent on its own stack
Americ is worth considering only when one of its corporate or finance demos is very close to your finished site and you are comfortable building around Elementor and Bravis Addons. It is not the best general-purpose business theme: reported Elementor conflicts, language-plugin errors, missing shop-page designs, and a serious performance complaint make Astra, Kadence, or GeneratePress safer long-term choices.

Fixera: worth it for a fast handyman site, not a long-term foundation
Fixera is worth buying if you need a polished handyman, plumbing, roofing, or renovation site quickly and are comfortable building in Elementor. It is not the best choice for a lightweight, Gutenberg-first site or a project you expect to customize heavily, because much of its functionality depends on Bravis-specific addons and bundled plugins.

Maiko: worth it for a polished architecture portfolio, not a modern WordPress build
Maiko is worth considering if you need an architecture or interior-design site that looks finished quickly and you are happy to build around Elementor. It is not the best long-term choice for teams that want native Elementor Containers, flexible mobile editing, or a leaner theme foundation; in those cases, Astra, Kadence, GeneratePress, or a more modern architecture theme such as Dør are safer bets.
